Disabling Junk E-mail and Rules In Outlook Web Access

Turn off Junk E-mail Filtering and Rules in Outlook Web Access

  1. Go to Outlook Web Access
  2. Make sure NOT to select the Light version. 
  3. Enter your AG credentials and logon (Sign in).
  4. For more detailed logon steps, see How To Access Outlook Web Access.
  5. In the top right corner, click the Options drop down list and choose See All Options.
  6. On the left side, click the Block or Allow link.
  7. If not already selected, click the Don't move mail to my Junk E-mail folder radio button.
  8. At the bottom right of the OWA window, click Save.
  9. On the left side, click the Organize E-Mail link.
  10. Click the Inbox Rules button at top.
  11. If you don't have any rules listed you can go back to the Mail window by clicking the My Mail link in the upper right corner.
  12. If you see a rule called "X-Spam-Flag" rule, highlight it and click Delete (black X).
  13. Go back to the Mail window by clicking the My Mail link in the upper left corner.
