Turn off Junk E-mail filtering in Outlook 2010

1. Open Outlook.

2. On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk and Junk E-mail Options.

3. On the Options tab, choose the No Automatic Filtering radio button.

4. Click the Blocked Senders tab.
Note: You need to remove any addresses listed here. If none are listed, go to Step 7.
   
5. Click on the 1st address in the list. If needed, scroll to the end of the list. Hold down the Shift key and click on the last address. This should highlight all the addresses. Click Remove. The list Blocked Senders should now be empty.
   
6. Click OK.
   
7. Quit and re-open Outlook.
